Terms and Conditions

Booking and Cancellation Policy

By making a booking, You agree to be bound by our booking policy (Booking Policy).

You must arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of the appointment and that the appropriate consent forms are completed by you. If you are running late, we reserve the right to cut short your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments.


We require at least 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify our clinic not less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

In the event that you fail to show up at your scheduled appointment, cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will require you to make a late cancellation payment of £50  at your next booking (Upfront Payment).

* If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.


Payment Policy

  • We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably we don’t accept bank cheques or American Express.
  • We do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day.
  • If you fail to pay for your service the day of your treatment or leave the premises without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forthwith be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled. In this circumstance The Facialist NI holds the rights to legally pursue this incident.


Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience

Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy for home prescriptives last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@thefacialistni.co.uk .


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
  • State of return (e.g. unworn)
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
  • Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
